Product coverage for your film or material, where it exists, is manufacturer-provided — set and administered by the manufacturer under its own written terms, and not a Wall Style Innovations warranty. The full statements live on two pages, one per line of work. Where your quote names a warranty version, that version applies; otherwise the terms in force when you accepted your quote apply. Warranty questions, answered
How long is the workmanship warranty?
One year from the signed completion record on residential projects and two years on commercial projects — window film and wallpaper alike. Where your quote names a warranty version, that version applies; otherwise the terms in force when you accepted your quote apply. Earlier versions are available on request.
Which page applies to my project?
Window film of any kind — solar, security, privacy, decorative, commercial — is covered by the Window Film Warranty. Wallpaper, murals, commercial wallcovering, wall protection and acoustic panels are covered by the Wallpaper & Wallcovering Warranty.
Do I need to register anything?
Not for our workmanship warranty — your quote, invoice and signed completion record are your proof. Where a manufacturer’s program requires registration and allows the installing dealer to submit it, we submit it as stated on your quote.
What if I bought before these terms?
You keep the terms your quote names, or, if it names none, the terms in force when you accepted it. Earlier versions are available on request.
